NAESS SETS 2019 COMPANY GOALS
Naess Shipping Philippines, Inc. conducted Company Target Setting for the year 2019 with a theme “Creating a More Realistic Company Goals” at AMOSUP Conference Room, Intramuros Manila – 27 September 2018.
The said event was attended by NSPI Managers and Assistant Managers together with President Pedro Miguel F. Oca. A resource speaker, Engr. Christopher C. Mira, who has a vast expertise regarding company target setting, was invited to talk and discuss the techniques and strategies on how to establish Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-bound (SMART) targets.
The lecture was followed by an interactive workshop where everyone engaged themselves and worked intensively to create their per department 2019 targets.
Presentation of per Department targets were then made by each representative, starting with Capt. Marnaldo R. Aviso and Ms. Ninia Marie C. Panganiban of Quality Department, followed by Ms. Christine F. Molon and Capt. Marnaldo R. Aviso of Training Department, Atty. Angelo F. Agcaoili of HR/Legal Department, Ms. Imelda C. Dela Cruz of Admin Department, Ms. Janet S. Andrada of Accounting Department, Mr. Tony Dy of IT Department, Ms. Leah G. Fetero of Domestic Fleet, CE Ramil Nacional of KOTC Fleet, Capt. Lamberto G. Torres of RMS Fleet, CE Rolando Manzano of Sloman Neptun Fleet, and Mr. Danilo G. Mendoza of Recruitment Department.
After the presentations, Engr. Mira gave his conclusions and additional recommendations to further improve everyone’s output. The event was concluded by the awarding of certificate and token of appreciation to Engr. Mira for graciously participating in the event as resource speaker.
